  • We have a generous 3-day no-questions-asked return policy or exchange policy. ( Return/refund exchange not acceptable for custom size/standard ready to wear size Products)
  • Kindly note return or exchange is only one time available.
  • Kindly request a return/exchange via mail at care@zeelclothing.com within 3 days from the date of delivery. Return requests will not be accepted through any other medium.
  • Duties and taxes, if applicable, are to be paid by the customer.
  • Refunds will be processed in the form of reward points that can be used for future purchases.
  • In Exchange, your replacement will be shipped after we receive and verify the returned product.
  • Customers have to ship the product to our address for return/exchange orders. Zeel Clothing will reimburse (120/- rupees) reward points for the return shipment.
  • With regards to international orders(outside India), presently we do not have a policy on accepting returns or exchanges of any product.The product that needs to be exchanged must be returned in the original condition with all parts/tags/accessories intact.   • For claiming the wrong product was delivered, an unboxing video must be provided showing the package received in intact condition and non-tampered condition.
