Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority, So we have a very generous 7 days no-questions-asked return and exchange policy

Return / Exchange Policy ( India )

1. If you are unsatisfied with our product for any reason, we will take the product back. We have a 7-day no-questions-asked return and exchange policy.

2. Kindly note that returns or exchanges can be processed on semi-stitched or unstitched products only. ( Customized or ready-made products are not allowed for return or exchange )

3. Kindly Note: The customer has to ship the product to our address for the process of return/refund. We will refund Rs.120.00 for the return shipping cost.

4. Please initiate returns or exchange requests on care@zeelclothing.com within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. Return or exchange can not be processed through any other medium. 

5. Refund will be processed in the form of store credit that can be used for future purchases. The store credit has a validity of 6 months.

7. Please allow 2-3 working days after the product is received back to our warehouse for processing of store credit.

Return / Exchange Policy ( out of India )

1. We are currently not allowing international returns or exchanges.

2. If the customer wants to return the product how, then the customer is responsible to ship that product to our warehouse in India.

3. We will not pay any shipping back charges to the customer. 

4. Kindly note that Exchange, return, or refund can not be done for custom-stitched or readymade products.

Cancellation Policy:

1. If you change your mind about purchasing a product, Zeel Clothing allows you to cancel your order.

2. Kindly ensure that you cancel your order within 24 hours from our website account.In case of prepaid order cancellation, 5% payment gateway charges will be deducted.

3. If you face any issues while cancelling an order you can whats app on +91 7573885566 or mail on care@zeelclothing.com.

4. Kindly note that once your order is shipped it can not be cancelled.

5. In case you cancel your prepaid order 24 hours before it is shipped, Your refund will be issued within 7 working days of the cancellation order. 

6. If you do not receive your amount in 7 working days you can contact us at care@zeelclothing.com.

For the following condition, the product is not applicable for return or exchange.

  • If the product is customized and ready-made as per customers' size.
  • If the product is damaged or is not in its original condition.
  • Orders placed using store credit can not be exchanged or returned.
  • Multiple return from the single customer is not applicable.

  • If a customer does not accept a prepaid order, they will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, if the order needs to be resent, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping charges.
